This project was a design/build endeavour that included working with the owner throughout the design phase and construction finish. A water feature at the front entrance starts with the water fall and travels under the new saltillo tile walkway to a pond with bubbler and spray features. The owner wanted a desert look with special cactus species throughout to highlight the rip rap and mounding. The ILM construction team also painted the exterior of the house to show their versatility. The property is maintained by all ILM divisions.
