Medical, Dental and Life insurance are available to full-time exempt employees. Insurance starts the 1st of the month after new employee completes his/her 90 day probation period. Currently, the company pays for approximately $110 for an exempt employee's medical coverage on themselves personally. Premiums for dependents are the responsibility of each employee. Employees are responsible for 100% of their dental premiums.
The company reserves the right to change the company contribution from time to time due to rising medical insurance costs.
Vacation Leave
The primary purpose of paid vacation leave is to allow and encourage every employee to renew their physical and mental capabilities and to remain a fully productive employee.
At the end of the first year as a full-time employee of the Company you are entitled to 10 days of paid vacation. The amount of paid vacation time received each year increases with length of service as shown in the following table:
| Years of Employment | Bi-Weekly Accrual (hrs) | Total Accrual Per Year (days) |
| 1-4 | 3.080 | 10 days (80 hrs) |
| 5-9 | 4.616 | 15 days (120 hrs) |
| 10 + years | 6.152 | 20 days (160 hrs) |
Employees are encouraged to request vacation leave in advance in order to achieve this purpose. Vacations must be taken at times convenient to you and your supervisor.
In the event that accrued vacation is not used by the end of your benefit year, you may not carry accrued time forward to the next year.
It is contrary to Company policy to provide vacation pay in lieu of vacation time off.
